Nestled within a private, gated residence just five minutes from Valbonne, Villa Eagle provides absolute seclusion across its vast 9-acre estate. You'll find it right next to the championship Opio/Valbonne golf course.
Your arrival is grand, with imposing wrought iron gates opening onto a long gravel driveway that leads up to the main house. Set in the "Bois d’Opio" (the "Woods of Opio"), the estate boasts several acres of its own private woodland alongside extensive formal gardens, all meticulously maintained by a resident gardener.
From its elevated position, the villa affords spectacular, uninterrupted views over the dramatic Gorge du Loup and the forested valley below, making it an idyllic location to unwind, relax, and savor the tranquility.

The Kitchen & Breakfast Area: The kitchen at Villa Eagle is ultra-modern yet designed in a traditional Provençal style. Fully equipped with all cooking essentials, it features an American fridge/freezer, microwave, two ovens, a dishwasher, and a coffee machine. Laundry facilities (washing machine and tumble dryer) are conveniently located in the utility room downstairs. Adjoining the kitchen, a bright breakfast area offers an 8-seater dining table and an entertainment centre with satellite TV/video. Three double doors provide ample light and lead onto the breakfast terrace, overlooking the front gardens.
The Grand Living Room: Dominating the centre of the house is an imposing 110m² living room. This magnificent space boasts spectacular views over the pool and the majestic mountains of the Gorge du Loup. Four sets of arched double doors not only fill the room with plentiful light and sunshine but also provide seamless access to the surrounding terraces. The living room is thoughtfully arranged with a formal sitting area centred around a grand fireplace and a TV area with a hi-fi entertainment system. An impressive 14-seater dining table is strategically placed to maximize the panoramic mountain views for every diner.

Villa Eagle comfortably sleeps 10 guests in five beautifully renovated bedrooms.
On the ground floor, you'll find three luxurious double en-suite bedrooms. The remaining two bedrooms are situated upstairs and include a double room and a twin-bedded room, sharing a bathroom. All bedrooms and bathrooms have been recently updated.
There is ample hot water provided, and all bed linen and towels are included. Each room offers plenty of wardrobe space and a dressing mirror. A foldaway baby's cot and safety gate are also available upon request.

This of course in addition to the 10 x 5m swimming pool surrounded by terraces benefiting from a back drop of country side, forest and hills.
A newly added gymnasium is perfect for maintaining a fitness routine, featuring free weights, a cross-trainer, an exercise bike, a bench press, and a punch bag. There are also four mountain bikes available to explore the scenic surroundings. For evening fun or a rainy day, relax in our dedicated cinema room or in the inviting outside bar area where guests can enjoy a game of pool.
Golf enthusiasts are spoiled for choice, with the championship Opio/Valbonne golf course just 2 minutes away and over a dozen other courses within a 20-minute drive. In winter, several fantastic ski resorts are conveniently located only 1-2 hours away.
